The position:

As the custodian of our digital channels, we expect you to have rich digital media knowledge, a passion for marketing automation, a love for analytics and a personal drive to handle campaign operations. The campaign manager is an enabler and sparring partner for customization and further development of our digital marketing campaigns across teams and departments.

You focus on helping brand managers in different therapy areas develop digital marketing campaigns by optimally using current digital channels and identifying new digital channels to increase the customer experience. You are well aware of what is going on in the digital environment and use your experience and knowledge to help advance our company in this area. You both know the channels and know-how to optimally utilize them.

You are the scrum master in the agile marketing team ensuring marketing excellence in our Company entity in Denmark. You are a key enabler in our company’s go-to-market transformation, leveraging new and existing digital channels, and in innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our customer universe.

You are comfortable working across many functions and levels and across different therapy areas. You collaborate very closely with Business Units and are a key contributor to the Marketing & Digital Operations team. You focus on country-specific customer strategies optimizing company performance through an Agile approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create, monitor, optimize, and report on multichannel campaigns

  • To manage all steps of the campaign setup and implementation together with the digital publisher and content marketing manager

  • To help implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions

  • To oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns

  • To carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results

  • To measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • To be the champion of digital analytics and help build the analytics competence in the marketing organization

  • To work cross-functionally with local and regional teams on various projects

Profile:

  • University degree (bachelors a minimum) from an accredited university.

  • Digital native with experience from a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing department

  • Solid experience within the digital landscape 

  • Strong understanding of possibilities in the digital landscape

  • Proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing tools and communication solutions to relevant customer groups

  • Experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing cloud is a huge advantage

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360

  • Result-oriented attitude and an eye for detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to solve complex problems and drive the change

  • Ambitious, curious, tech-savvy and an executer

  • A genuine interest in healthcare

  • Strong project and process manager who move things forward with structure

  • Expertise in Agile methods and/or proven skills as a Scrum Master is an advantage

  • Fluent in English and knowledge of Danish is an advantage
