The HR Organizational Readiness, Associate Director is an experienced change management and communications (organizational readiness) professional with a passion for driving innovative, employee-centric strategies to engage our company's workforce and our HR community in support of a vast portfolio of HR programs and initiatives. This role will develop strategic, high-impact messaging to support a positive employee experience, enhance our brand and value proposition, and drive greater awareness and adoption of HR offerings.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Partner with various HR Centers of Excellence to define and execute effective change and communications plans to promote key programs/offerings, improving awareness and accessibility, and to shape employee interactions/outreaches that enable our workforce to navigate high-impact transitions or change events

  • Serve as the subject matter expert to ensure HR information is delivered effectively to all intended audiences and to develop a content and delivery strategy focused on creating a seamless and consumer-like content experience

  • Develop effective informational and educational resources about HR processes, programs and changes to enable our workforce to navigate transitions and experiences successfully

  • Leverage a variety of channels and digital media to effectively reach target audiences (business leaders, managers, employees, HR teams)

  • Leverage a data-driven approach/employee listening insights to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of change and communications plans against desired outcomes

  • Collaborate across a global HR community to drive effective strategies that consider regional and local market requirements and needs

  • Partner with internal and external suppliers on branding design, communications strategy, and interactive multimedia development as needed to support HR programs/initiatives

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive work experience in the development and implementation of innovative change management and communications strategies. (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 8 years)

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, in a field related to Communications, Marketing or Journalism is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • A strategist, able to see the big picture, and a content creator with proven ability to integrate messaging and delivery across multiple channels and audiences

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively and creatively communicate across various stakeholders using compelling story-telling capability

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into employee-centric communications

  • Superior consultative and influencing skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels across the function

  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier engagements and communications budget

  • Strong content management abilities across multiple internal and external digital platforms

  • Metrics-driven focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of workforce communications

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
