The team is focused on the design and execution of critical studies to inform modeling and translational for novel clinical candidates.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other research functions across the global company organization (including Preclinical Development, Translational Medicine, Protein Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences) to innovate on new therapeutic opportunities. The lead of the team will actively partner with ADME Principal Investigators (PIs) to inform modality selection, to enable efficient optimization of candidates using in silico, in vitro and in vivo quantitative pharmacology approaches, and to contribute to a robust translational strategy.  They will partner with other company leaders to assure the successful transition and progression of drug candidates from across modalities and therapeutic areas into the development pipeline.  The incumbent will have the opportunity to contribute to our Research Division model informed drug development (MIDD) strategy.  In addition, they will contribute to expanding our company's scientific network and reputation with academics and industry.
