Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.
This role requires the individual be a specialist in all areas of SAP for the site in the manufacturing area as well as support in SAP for the commercial function. The role will also encompass ensuring all improvements to SAP are rolled out to relevant functions and implement training for the site.
- Supporting the adoption of standard work in all parts of the business
- Support the delivery of supply chain projects by ensuring projects are delivered on target v plan and against an agreed success criteria
- Approving all Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP) authorisations for the site
- Running SAP key users meeting for the site on a monthly basis
- Attending global meetings on master data
- Rolling out improvements in SAP for the site to the relevant functions
- The lead for all new Unique Identification Numbers (UIN) creation for the site
- Ensuring each month all SAP booking transactions are up to date and booked in on time before month end
- Lead on the Mid Term Planning (MTP) process in ensuring this adopted across site and any improvements and updates are implemented and rolled out
- Will be the Lean Planning Operations (LPO) for site
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a SAP master data role and planning & scheduling
- Ideally Degree qualified
- Training experience of SAP to individuals
